Shipping
Most items will ship within 1 to 2 business days (Monday - Friday) excluding holidays, via the shipping method chosen at checkout. If your order contains “made on demand” items such as but not limited to “apparel, candles, custom printed items“ the processing time may be longer.
A tracking number will be provided for all orders once they have shipped.
Shipping rates will be provided at checkout, based on item(s) ordered and location.
Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your purchase so if your order arrives damaged, missing items or faulty we will either at our discretion:
- Exchange it (stock permitting)
- Provide the missing item(s)
- Refund your item(s)/order

Returns
Your purchase is valid for return within 30 days after receiving the order. You must request authorization a return by contacting us before returning your order. Your return must be in the same condition it was received in and in original packaging.
To start a return, you will need to contact us at hello@studbee.com.
Please note you will be responsible for the shipping cost to return your item(s). We recommend using a traceable service that will provide you with a shipping tracking number.

Make sure to include your order number and name on the order.
Once your return is received, we will process your refund back to the original payment method once your return has been inspected/processed.
