Director minifigure from the retired Lego Studios series.  He is meant to resemble Steven Spielberg!  Included with him is his video camera, clapboard and megaphone.  All in nice shape.  Please note that the clapboard tiles have minor surface scratches the camera doesn't pick up well.  

He would look great in your city next to the Palace Cinema!
