All parts brand new, authentic Lego.  R2-D2 minifigure (sw0217a) comes as shown and will arrive un-assembled.  He comes from the retired Star Wars set 75020 Jabba's Sail Barge in 2013. 

Will come packed in a padded bubble mailer via USPS First Class Mail.
